I decided to invest in myself, as I was finding my work/life balance was not as I wanted it to be as I have a very busy job, so I signed up for a series of coaching sessions with Hannah. I was looking for someone to help me see the bigger picture, set some realistic goals to help me feel better about my day to day life and my overall mental health. Hannah used various exercises to help me talk through what was happening now, how this made me feel and how I would want things to be different. Hannah has a great open and warm personality which made it easy for me to talk freely and trust her in our conversations, which were sometimes really personal and hard for me to talk about. I really liked the way she helped me see the positive aspects of my life and how to use these as affirmations when things weren’t going so well. I also liked the way I could set myself short term goals along the way and she would check back in with me about my progress. She has an amazing ability to support me through what felt like a real mess, to setting realistic goals and some new challenges and activities and to encourage me to get the best out of my life. We did most of our sessions over Skype, which fit in with my busy schedule, but also felt like we were having a real face to face conversation. I would absolutely recommend coaching and I feel it is a really proactive and supportive method of support but I would highly recommend Hannah as a skilled, professional and inspirational coach.
